Imagine looking into the pitch black and seeing a jumper flying
Off the ramp  at more then 100 miles per hour..that was King of Darkness in Holly, Michigan!! The event lasted two days starting at 730 pm finishing around 12 am. Every day we had a pretty big crowd of spectators and sponsors on the shore cheering us up..GTF had a table set up with tshirts, hoodies and hats..we made some money through donations to our bikini fund and sold lots of stuff. As far as the event, each day consisted of two rounds, one in the dusk and final in the dark. Friday was an elimination day. GTF girls making it through were Natie, Marion, Jacinta and Maj. World ski fly tour fliers were Ryan Dodd, Zack Worden, Brian Kinney, Kole Magnowski, Freddy Krueger, Felipe Miranda, Scot Ellis and Damien Sharman. For the girls it all came down to a tie between Jacinta and Natie who both went 169 feet. They had a Jump off w/ one jump each. Natie slipped out, Jacinta went 162 and took the title, first Queen of Darkness! Ryan Dood became King Of Darkness followed by Freddy Krueger and Zack Worden. Jacinta, Zack, Nati and Freddy had longest jumps at the event  getting $500 each.
